Different Goals

How much weight you lose each week is up to you and your doctor and not everybody in the group will set the same goals. The group will have people of different size and weight and they all need to make their own choices.

Set your goal

Decide on an ideal weight where you can stop losing weight as you obviously can’t keep losing weight forever.

The idea is everybody reaches their ideal weight and then nobody pays until they go above their ideal weight again. This means this system will keep you and your friends on the rails forever.

Weight yourself every day

Keep an eye on your weight every morning and you won’t get a nasty shock on Sunday morning. You will get a dose of motivation every morning by seeing how you are doing.
